*What is anti-fingerprint?
Stainless steel sheet anti-fingerprint technology refers to a protective layer of transparent colorless liquid coated on the surface of stainless steel sheet. After rolling and drying, the transparent Nano metal roller coating liquid is firmly combined with stainless steel surface of various textures, and forms a transparent tight solid protect film layer.

*Why does the color stainless steel plate need a anti-fingerprint process?
While we use color stainless steel, will meet some problems. Firstly, The color stainless steel plate is usually used for building decoration, like elevator, hotel decoration. And it is easy to leave fingerprints on the plate surface when touched, which will affect the overall look. Secondly, colored stainless steel plates can be easily discolored if exposed to the air for a long time, resulting in uneven color. 

But after our Mellow advanced fingerprint-free procession, the above-mentioned problems of color stainless steel plate can be easily solved. The anti-fingerprint procession has changed the previous problem that the stainless steel surface will leave obvious fingerprints when touched. and it is not easy to stick to fingerprints, dust, and has super anti-fingerprint and anti-fouling effects. In addition, the fingerprint-free process can make the surface of the colored stainless steel more durable and reduce the time for daily maintenance.

*The advantages of anti-fingerprint:
1) Ease of maintenance: Solves the problems of fingerprints on stainless steel sheet; ease of maintenance can be accomplished with use of a clean cotton towel or cloth, and light detergent, such as Windex.
2) Increase surface hardness: Regular stainless steel is rated 2-H to 3-H pencil hardness test. After the AFP treatment, the surface hardness is tripled to reach at least 6 H hardness, which decreases the chances of receiving surface scratches.
3) Color diversity: The anti-fingerprint plate has changed the cold and rigid characteristics of metal, and it looks warm, elegant and decorative.
4) The appearance and texture are strong, with oily moisturizing, soft hand feeling, and a good metal texture.
